2. About Our Software Keys
Tech & Deals provides a platform for selling digital software license keys from third-party Sellers. Each key is unique and unused. Tech & Deals does not own the software license keys listed; all transactions occur directly between Buyers and Sellers.
3. Refund and Return Policy
- Order Cancellation: To cancel your order before processing, contact us immediately. Refunds are subject to the Seller’s policies and may take a few working days.
- Digital Items: Once a software license key is delivered and activated, it cannot be returned or refunded. If a key is faulty, we will facilitate a replacement key or a full refund.
- Pre-Orders: Refunds for pre-ordered software are processed post-release date, with an administration fee.
- Order Cancellation and Refund: Before receiving the key, you can cancel and get a refund by contacting support. Once activated, no refund or return is possible.
4. Warranty Policy
If a key does not activate, Tech & Deals will liaise with the Seller to resolve the issue. You will receive either a working key or a full refund. Submit a support ticket with issue details and relevant screenshots.
